We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data.

Work orders, customer boat fields, progress photos, surveys, tools, and loan/borrow notes stay on your device. We do not run an advertising network. We are not building a dossier about who borrowed three rolls of plastic tarp.

What we are proudly not

A short list, for people who skim privacy policies looking for the catch.

No TEMU No mystery flash sales. No seventeen push notifications about a cart you never had. There is no cart. There is a work-order queue.

No porn Not in the app. Not in the marketing. Not in the business model. The only “explicit” content is your claim numbers and cancellation reasons.

No advertising No banners. No interstitial videos. No “sponsored zincs for the customer’s boat.” No selling job-site GPS pins to a timeshare algorithm.

If you wanted an app funded by mattress ads while you try to finish a field return — this is not that app.

What we do on purpose

Store what you enter on your device
Let you export and share work-order packages (.msworkorder), PDFs, AirDrop, Mail, Messages, Files when you choose
Fetch public weather and map tiles so field radar and USN chart layers work
Optionally rely on your device backups (Finder / iCloud Backup) if you enable them — we do not host a job content cloud for marketing

On your device

Work orders and appointments; assignment (who / what / where); customer boat fields and optional customer phone; diagnostics and progress log; photos; cost lines; parts signals; marine surveys; tool inventory; loan/borrow records; firm & tech profile for PDF letterhead; map preferences. Local unless you export, share, back up, or delete the app.

We do not

Require a ServiceTech cloud account for core field use
Harvest contacts to “grow the network”
Sell or rent your data
Use your data for targeted advertising
Track you across other companies’ apps for ad profiles
Upload your job photos, dictation, or customer lists to our servers for marketing

Permissions

Location	Center field weather radar; marine conditions near you
Camera / Photos	Diagnostics, progress, survey, estimate exam, firm logo
Mic / Speech	Dictation you start for notes and diagnostics
Notifications	Local reminders you enable (not flash sales)

Deny any of them; related features simply wait.

Network (the boring kind)

Public radar, basemap, and weather APIs for map usefulness — not a side channel for your work-order queue or customer phones.

Coverage: Weather radar (NWS NEXRAD) and primary NOAA navigation chart layers cover the United States (limited adjacent North American public feeds). They are not a worldwide chartplotter substitute.

Sharing you control

Transfer hub, Share, AirDrop, Messages, Mail — you pick the recipient. Packages may include customer names, site IDs, address/unit, notes, and photos if you put them there. Share only with people who are supposed to see that job. We are not on the BCC line.

Pre-arrival customer texts (canned on-time / late / reschedule) open your Messages app to the number you stored on the work order. We do not run a texting farm on your behalf.

Subscriptions

Purchases go through Apple (App Store) or Google (Play, when published). Payment instruments stay with the store. We do not receive your full card number.

Children

Not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect kids’ data — or anyone else’s ad profile. Field service software is a weird place to hide a playground.

Changes

If the app changes, the date at the top changes. We will not quietly rebrand as an ad network in the fine print.
