MarineServiceTech is licensed for use by marine service firms and individual technicians. You may install on devices you own or control under your firm’s policies.
Professional use
Surveys, cost estimates, and diagnostic notes are tools for your business judgment. They are not a warranty of vessel condition, insurance determination, or legal advice. Built-in survey limitations language applies to inspection records.
Work-order files
You are responsible for what you export and to whom. Recipients can import packages into their MarineServiceTech installation.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to harass customers, falsify claim documentation, or violate marina/yard access rules.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intrepid Marine LLC is not liable for lost work-order files, missed appointments, or consequential damages from field decisions.
