We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data.

Inventory, photos, logs, and reports stay on your device. We do not run an advertising network. We are not building a profile of your bilge.

What we are proudly not

A short list, for people who skim privacy policies looking for the catch.

No TEMU No mystery flash sales. No seventeen push notifications about a cart you never had. There is no cart.

No porn Not in the app. Not in the marketing. Not in the business model. The only “explicit” content is your engine-hour totals.

No advertising No banners. No interstitial videos. No “sponsored zincs.” No selling your location to a timeshare algorithm.

If you wanted an app funded by mattress ads while you try to log fuel — this is not that app.

What we do on purpose

Store what you enter on your device
Let you export and share when you choose
Fetch public weather and map tiles so radar and charts work
Optionally use your iCloud or your boat gateway — not our data warehouse (we don’t have one for your content)

On your device

Inventory, locations, photos, captain’s log, GPS tracks, engine hours, maintenance, claims, checklists, surveys, and preferences. Local unless you export, back up, or turn on iCloud sync.

We do not

Require an account for core use
Harvest contacts to “grow the network”
Sell or rent your data
Use your data for targeted advertising
Track you across other companies’ apps for ad profiles
Upload your photos or inventory lists to our servers for marketing

Permissions

Location	Radar center, lat/lon log, marine weather near you
Camera / Photos	Items, locations, maintenance, log pictures
Mic / Speech	Dictation you start
Local network	Optional NMEA gateway on your vessel Wi‑Fi
Notifications	Local maintenance reminders you enable

Deny any of them; related features simply wait.

Network (the boring kind)

Public radar/map/tide APIs for map usefulness — not a side channel for your locker inventory. Optional NMEA/AISHub only to hosts you configure.

Coverage: Weather radar (NWS NEXRAD) and primary NOAA navigation chart layers cover the United States (limited adjacent North American public feeds). They are not worldwide.

Sharing you control

Export, Share, Backup, AirDrop, email — you pick the destination. We are not on the BCC line.

iCloud (optional)

Sync uses your Apple ID and iCloud Documents. We do not host that cloud. Device backups are between you and Apple.

Children

Not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect kids’ data — or anyone else’s ad profile.

Changes

If the apps change, the date at the top changes. We will not quietly rebrand as an ad network in the fine print.
